Shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Poste Italiane (registered book shipment or courier) with delivery without signature. Whenever possible, we will provide you — upon request — with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postal charges. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items in a single order. We are unable to combine two separate orders placed independently; therefore, shipping costs will be applied to each of them.

Shipments are made under our responsibility until delivery to the customer.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (implemented in Italy through the Consumer Code, Art. 63 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), if the customer is a consumer (that is, a natural person purchasing for purposes unrelated to professional activity), the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer only when they come into the material possession of the goods. If, on the other hand, the customer acts as a professional or legal entity, the goods travel at the consignee’s own risk.

In the event of theft or loss during shipment, the procedures required by the carrier will be initiated. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after receiving the carrier’s written confirmation of loss. If the carrier provides adequate documentation proving delivery to the address indicated by the customer, no refund can be granted, unless the customer provides evidence to the contrary or there is proof of an error in delivery.

Any claim regarding non-receipt of goods must be reported within 30 days from the expected delivery date. After this period, we may no longer be able to ensure the effectiveness of verification procedures with the carrier.
